For all those young people who have these concerns, the Spanish Council of Ministers has approved a new benefit for young people between the ages of 18 and 35; the "Bono Joven de Alquiler". In this, the Spanish government will provide an assistance of 250 euros monthly for two years. ‍

In order to apply for this help, you need to: ‍
- Be a natural person between 18 and 35 years old. ‍
- Be a Spanish citizen or be a legal resident of the country.
- Be the holder of a lease contract.
- That your annual income does not exceed 24, 318.24 euros (three times the Public Multiple Effect Income Tax). ‍
- Not to have a family or work relationship with the lessor or owner of the dwelling.
- That the maximum quota of the rent does not exceed 600 euros.

In the same way, you must go to the Housing office closest to your home and present the following documents: ‍
- DNI (National Identity Card) or some other official identification.
‍- Rental contract.
- Rent declaration.
- Employment contract.
