Two types of visas:

A. For stays of less than 180 days

1. National visa form

2. Signed Data Protection Clause

3. Original passport and copy

4. Passport size color photograph

5. Document that proves solvency

B. For courses longer than 180 days

1. National visa form

5. Public or private health insurance policy

6. Admission letter from institution

II. Additional information

A. Pay the fee required by the Consulate General for visa issuance

B. This visa does not allow you to work in Spain, but you can do an internship with permission

C. You can change the student visa to a work visa after three years, finished studies, employment contract, and professional preparation

D. For stays longer than 180 days, apply for a Foreigner's Identity Card (TIE)
