If you are legally in Spain, you must apply for the authorization of stay for studies before the last thirty (30) days of legal stay in Spain.
Not be a citizen or national of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, or a family member of a citizen.
Not to be banned from entering Spain and not to be considered as rejectable in the territorial space of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement in this regard.
Have sufficient financial means to cover the costs of your stay and return to your country and, if applicable, those of your family members.
To have a public or private health insurance policy with an insurance company authorized to operate in Spain.
To be admitted to an authorized educational institution in Spain for the completion of a full-time program leading to the award of a degree or certificate of studies.
In the event that the duration of the stay exceeds six months, the following will be required:
Not having a criminal record in Spain and in your previous countries of residence during the last five years for offenses existing in the Spanish system.
Provide a medical certificate attesting that you do not suffer from any of the diseases that may have serious public health implications, in accordance with the provisions of the International Health Regulations of 2005.
